a year ago The food is fresh and there are a lot of different sandwiches and bakery items to choose from. There is quite a bit of seating but it has been busy when I’ve visited at lunch time each time. There is also an exit through the restaurant called Back Dough where you can purchase quiche and pies.

3 weeks ago Fun and lively bakery that has a pie factory in the back called "Back Dough". Got some quiche and a turkey pot pie! Both were excellent! Grabbed a couple of pastries from up front and the wife said they were awesome! Lots of folks there dining in, tons of parking and they were voted most popular bakery in Tucson. We shall return!

3 months ago Great lunch spot in Tucson. Hearty sandwiches and fresh bread. We took home a pretzel loaf. So tasty. Great kids meals. Friendly service and the food came out quickly. An awesome local spot.

2 weeks ago I was feeling gloomy today and wanted soup. I got the tuna on white toasted with some tomato basil and jalapeño cheddar bread. Sandwich was extremely tasty. The soup healed my soul! Defiantly made my day paired with the bread. Yum yum yum! Will definitely be coming back for more :)

3 months ago Popped in for a quick snack after visiting another store in the complex. Nice people behind the counter, really good cookies, and clean tables to sit at. They also serve beer and wine, and IMO that other bread chain could take a lesson from this place. Nice options that were not overly pretentious.

2 months ago I went in for a pickup order around 5:00 on Saturday night. The young woman who helped me was super friendly and kind. She was a young African American woman. Pretty tall. But anyways, she was super friendly. The food was great as well! Five stars!

3 months ago Great local gem for sandwiches. Wide variety of sandwiches - hot, cold, meaty, or veggitarian. The soup of the day is usually lovely too. Services are big, I am either stuffed or have some to take home. In addition to prepared sandwiches they also have loads of bread and baked goods like pastries. Have yet to try one I didn't like.
